I use Google Forms for each commission category. There's a form linked on each one in the commissions tab. Miscellaneous form is used for commissions I am not offering regularly or used for a commission idea that might not fit with the other categories

Submitting a commission form is for serious offers not for general questions/inquiries that can be directed to my email: pdcommissions@gmail.com

A form may be rejected if I feel I can't work on your commission.

You must submit a form per commission order, you cannot order multiple in one form.

Quotes are sent via the email provided in the form. All business conversation will be done through this email. I do not do business transactions outside of email.

During quoting process you can opt for Sketch Confirmation. Meaning a sketch of your commission will be sent to you before continuing work on it.

Invoice will be sent once quote is confirmed. Payments are in USD only.

Payment of Invoice adds you to my queue

You can always check my queue to see the process of your commission.

The labeling are as so: Yellow means not touched yet. Green means being worked on. Purple means finished.

List of the commissions goes first come first serve. If you've submitted before someone else you are more likely at the bottom of the queue.

Work can take 4 days to 1 month depending on complexity of the commission and where you are on my queue.

Feel free to email me during this time about questions or to check up on the process. Do not constantly herass me for check ups, especially if you're near the bottom of my queue. If I feel I am being bothered too much I will refund the percentage the amount I didn't complete and send you what I've completed and you will be banned from commissioning me. I also do not accept random add ons to a commission. So please be certain and 100% with your form.

Clients will be emailed their finished work. You will recieve a highres (300dpi) file and a postable low res (150 dpi) file.

Posting the work is fine, under the condition that the watermark is not cropped and that there is due credit.
Refunds/Cancelations/Fees

If commission is not completed by a specified deadline you will have full refund.

You can cancel/ask for a refund; but the refund price will be 50% of what has been charged.

Refunds are not allowed after completed commissions, I refuse to draw an entire commission for free or edit for free due to unclear/unmentioned reference/specifications in form.

Additional fees are +10% to +15% of the main commission price, depending on the complexity of the work.

Permission & Copyright

I (PD/Jess W.) have full rights over my artwork. Regardless of you being a commissioner , the art still belongs to me.

I only work with clients that are 18+ in age. Submitting a form and filing for a commission confirms that you are this age. Finding out otherwise will have you banned from commissioning me.

The client is never permitted to use my work for commercial use, edit/modify/trace, claim credit, distribute or make profit off it, etc.

Resizing for banners and icons are permitted

Your commission can be used for my own advertising of business, and on my websites.

it is your responsibility to save the image. It might not be in my galleries forever or in my files.
